Rugby training

Hello readers I will be telling you about my rugby training on Wednesday.

First we would run to the post and back then we had to do push ups after that we did sit ups. Then we would practice tackling each other on are knees there would be groups of two. soon we would get on the ground with our chest to the ground then our coaches would say 3 2 1 go then we shot up! To get the ball I was in backs the others were in fordwars they do all the hard work getting us the ball. Us the backs have to pass it out to blind side or winger. I am winger Max is blindside are half back is Clark. 

We won are game on saturday.
